eBaying at work can get you canned

According to JournalInquirer.com, Boris Gorfinkel, a data processing technical analyst for the Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs , was suspended for five days without pay after investigators determined he had spent a minimum of seven hours visiting eBay on 16 of 54 days.

Gorfinkel, a stamp collector, said he had searched the site for stamps as well as for English and Russian books.

Following an investigation, one other individual was fired and several others were reprimanded for eBaying at work.
